
Sour Clover
Cinnamon Clover Whiskey Sour Highball (ft. BLND Cinnamon & Clove Tonic Water)
Ingredients:
- 60ml Whisky
- 15ml Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- BLND Cinnamon & Clove Tonic Water
- 3 Ice Cubes
- Star anise
Method:
- Add 3 ice cubes to a glass.
- Pour 60ml whisky.
- Add 15ml cinnamon syrup and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
- Top-up with BLND Cinnamon & Clove Tonic Water.
- Stir well.
- Garnish with star anise.
