Sour Clover

Cinnamon Clover Whiskey Sour Highball (ft. BLND Cinnamon & Clove Tonic Water)

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Whisky
  • 15ml Cinnamon Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • BLND Cinnamon & Clove Tonic Water
  • 3 Ice Cubes
  • Star anise 

Method:

  1. Add 3 ice cubes to a glass.
  2. Pour 60ml whisky.
  3. Add 15ml cinnamon syrup and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
  4. Top-up with BLND Cinnamon & Clove Tonic Water.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Garnish with star anise.
