At BLND, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, promptly, and with a seamless experience. Please read the details of our shipping process below.

1. General Shipping Commitment
- We strive to ensure your order reaches you in the best condition and within the promised time frame.
- We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays.

- All shipments are handled exclusively through reputed and reliable courier partners.

2. Serviceable Locations
- Currently, we ship only to serviceable PIN codes across India.
- If your area falls within our delivery network, you will be able to proceed with your order at checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines
- Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed.
- Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days, as on the location of the order. 
- Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

4. Order Packaging & Dispatch
All BLND orders are:
- Packed securely, sealed carefully, and dispatched from our dedicated company warehouse to ensure freshness and product safety during transit.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
- No cancellation or refund will be processed once the order has been shipped.
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please write to us at info@fultariyabeverages.com within 48 hours of delivery, mentioning:

  • Your Order ID,
  • A description of the issue, and
  • Supporting photos/videos of the damaged item.

- If eligible, a refund for the damaged item(s) will be processed within 7 working days after review.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- For COD orders, our team will contact you via your registered mobile number or WhatsApp for order confirmation.
