RETURN/REFUND POLICY

At BLND Water, we prioritize product quality, secure packaging, and safe delivery. As we deal in perishable products, we do not accept returns.

If you receive a product you are unhappy with, please contact our Customer Care team. All complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@fultariyabeverages.com with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Photos/videos clearly showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
- You may request a refund or replacement only under the following conditions:

  • The product was received damaged, leaking, or tampered
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product has quality concerns at the time of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or partially consumed bottles
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or with intentionally damaged packaging
